Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your enrollment in courses or subscriptions on PragatiVeer. We strive to provide flexibility while maintaining fair policies for all users.

Course Enrollment Cancellation

You may cancel your course enrollment under the following conditions:

• Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund available (see Refund Policy)
• After 30 days: No refund, but you retain lifetime access to course materials
• Before course start date (if applicable): Full refund minus processing fee

Subscription Cancellation

For subscription-based services:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to all courses until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation

How to Cancel

To cancel your enrollment or subscription:

1. Log into your PragatiVeer account
2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription/Courses
3. Select the course or subscription you wish to cancel
4. Click "Cancel" and follow the prompts
5. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed

Automatic Renewal

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send you a reminder email 7 days before your subscription renews. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation by PragatiVeer

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to courses or subscriptions if:

• You violate our Terms of Service
• Your account shows fraudulent activity
• Payment fails or chargebacks are initiated
• You engage in prohibited activities on the platform

In such cases, refunds may not be provided, and we will notify you of the cancellation via email.

Re-enrollment

If you cancel a course or subscription and wish to re-enroll later, you may do so at the current pricing. Your previous progress and course data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Corporate/Enterprise Accounts

Cancellation policies for corporate and enterprise accounts may differ based on your contract agreement. Please refer to your specific contract or contact your account manager for details.
