Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
• You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
• You have not completed more than 50% of the course content
• You have not violated our Terms of Service
• The course was not purchased during a special promotion (unless stated otherwise)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
• Subscription renewals (must cancel before renewal date)
• Digital certificates or credentials already issued
• Bundled courses where individual courses have been completed
• Free courses or courses obtained through promotional codes

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may apply to situations where you have consumed a significant portion of the course content but have experienced technical issues or other legitimate concerns. Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to your courses until that date. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period unless you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription.
